We offer ear lobe piercings to minors of age 5 and up. We tattoo minors of age 16 and up on a case by case basis. The legal guardian must be present for the entire tattoo, piercing or jewelry change procedure of any minor, no exceptions. Please bring proof of legal guardianship to be presented at the time of piercing i.e. the child’s birth certificate, their identification AND the guardian’s identification that matches the legal guardianship documentation.
