The original Center for Health is located in the heart of South County, Rhode Island has been serving the Wakefield, Narragansett, South Kingstown, Kingston, Charlestown, Westerly, North Kingstown, Jamestown and Newport areas since 1982! We have opened a second location in West Greenwich, Rhode Island that offers Chiropractic care, Sports Performance training, adult fitness classes, private and group training, acupuncture, microneedling, nutritional consultations, and more!
