Shimmer offers a curated collection of the best in clean and ethical beauty. We are the area’s only boutique dedicated specifically to pure, effective and elegant products that are never animal tested. In February 2019, we launched our first pop-up location inside Stephen and Co Salon and Spa in Dartmouth, Mass surrounded by a community of beauty experts. In April, we expanded into our larger, full-time location in downtown New Bedford.
